How to use

ARCH-E-BENCH

The ‘Arch-e-Bench’ is convertible to two positions: an Exercise Position for doing sit-ups and a Desk Position for normal sitting and working at a desk

Exercise Position

  • Remove stop pin from wheel, rotate wheel forward, then re-insert stop pin to lock in place
  • Lift rear of seat slightly, lower elevator board forward, then lower seat into the decline
    position
  • Ready for sit-ups and other exercises

Desk Position

  • Remove stop pin from wheel, rotate backwards under seat, then reinsert stop pin to lock in the retracted position
  • Raise seat, lift elevator board up and back against rear stretcher, then lower seat into the level position.
  • Elevator stop, under the seat locks it into the level position
